Yes, our translations are certified pursuant to the laws of the Federal Government.

  • Is Translation AZ ATA certified?

Yes, ATA & NAJIT member no. will be displayed on Certification page.

  • How can I send my documents?

Please send us a scan or photocopy of your document(s) by email at: info@translationaz.com or by Fax at: 1 (866)269-2006. Email is preferred as the image is much better.

  • How will I receive my documents?

Upon completion, documents will be emailed back to you. If required by mail, shipping& handling charges will apply and you will be notified of such charges in advance.

In the United States, most institutions accept electronically signed documents, therefore, in most cases, no hard copies are needed.   • How long the translation takes?

Documents between 1-5 pages are delivered within 1-2 business days.

Documents more than 5 pages- please contact us here

  • What are your prices?

Prices vary depending on format, deadline and number of pages. Please contact us here for exact price.

We offer package prices for multiple documents or volume discounts for larger documents.

Lower rates are offered for regular customers; when placing the order, please specify how often you intend to use our services.

Returning customers are offered discounted rates; please specify if you have used our services in the past.

  • How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks, ACH, bank deposits. Payment is requested in advance.

  • In what cases I need my translations to be notarized?

To be accepted by institutions in the USA, translations must be CERTIFIED ONLY. Notarized translations are required only by some Embassies and Consulates and for use abroad. Please check with the appropriate institution whether or not your translations must be notarized.

  • Do you offer same day service?

Yes, if order is placed in the first part of the day. Rush fees will apply.
