Individual clients are usually required to make upfront payment to process translation orders, while for companies we have flexible payment terms such as advance payment or payment agreements, depending on the size of the project.
Notarized translations are required only by some Embassies and Consulates and for use abroad. Please check with the appropriate institution on a case-by-case basis, on whether or not your translation must be notarized.
Otherwise, you will only need certified translations.

No. We work with copies only. Whether you are sending them via email or drop off at our locations, we will only retain copies.
Original translations are only required for official use with embassies, consulates or other uses abroad.
If used inside the United States, for any legal purposes other than a Consulate or Embassy, translations are accepted signed electronically. Examples of such institutions accepting electronically certified translations: USCIS, Schools, Passport Agencies, Police Stations, etc.
Yes. If the order is placed in the first part of the day (before noon). This might not be possible for rare languages or complex formats/large files.
