Bank Information might be required by some small to large companies, we will send this information upon request.

Individual clients are usually required to make upfront payment to process translation orders, while for companies we have flexible payment terms such as advance payment or payment agreements, depending on the size of the project.

Notarized translations are required only some Embassies and Consulates and for use abroad. Please check with the appropriate institution on a case-by-case basis, whether or not your translation must be notarized.

Otherwise, you will only need certified translations.  
We offer certifications at no extra charge.

No. We work with copies only. Whether you are sending them via email or drop off at our locations, we will only retain copies.

Some originals might be required in cases of notarization. We will address this on a case-by-case basis.

Original translations are only required for official use with embassies, consulates or other uses abroad or in some notarization cases.

Otherwise, all translations are accepted signed and certified electronically.

Yes. If the order is placed in the first part of the day (before noon). This might not be possible for rare languages or complex formats/large files.
